The Director of Marketing position is a high-visibility position, reporting directly to the CEO, overseeing all marketing activities for a growing customer base across the United States and Canada. Customer service and customer experience are top priorities as well as introduction of products in the most effective and profitable manner possible.
These are just a few key areas you’ll be focusing on:
Oversee a talented staff of professionals that provides a full range of marketing services including advertising, newsletters, direct mail, web and graphic design, multimedia development, PR, trade-shows, sponsorships, sales seminars, and various other types of events.
- Strategic planning for marketing, branding, and Four Hands activities to maximize our sales and customer loyalty. Identify and recommend process and tool improvements, and new technologies in marketing to increase awareness and drive traffic and leads for Four Hands
- Expertise in measuring and analyzing sales and marketing effectiveness and to formulate the company’s marketing strategy to reach future customers through the application of market analysis and customer tracking studies
- Own the development, creation/writing and editing; execute website editorial strategy, content production, copy writing, and all other publishing efforts; Media planning and buying for wholesale and retail
- Manage existing campaigns and suggest new campaigns to drive improved paid and organic search marketing efforts including creation and management of assets and updates to corporate website
Education/Experience: Master’s Degree, Marketing or related field preferred. Minimum 7 years experience with at least 3 of these years working directly with C-level management.
