Sales Support Specialist - Wholesale Sales - Austin
Responsibilities/Skills & Talents
- Complete understanding of the customer base in the specified geographical area of focus.
- Complete understanding of all pricing levels for all customers.
- Complete understanding of shipping procedures.
- Thorough understanding of order processing from confirmed order to shipment.
- Independent handling of RMA’s/Chargebacks.
- Solid customer issue resolution skills.
- Staying on top of all incoming containers and the prioritization of getting orders on board as efficiently as possible.
- Supporting Account Managers with maintenance/customer service/sales support and administration of accounts including monitoring open orders
- Other tasks as defined by Management
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required (Bachelors Degree Preferred)
- Must have a solid working knowledge in Microsoft Office with a strong focus in Outlook ( i..e. calendar, scheduling, emails, etc)
- Excel is a must
- Meticulous and organized
- Ability to learn quickly
