Sales Support Specialist - Wholesale Sales - Austin

Responsibilities/Skills & Talents

  • Complete understanding of the customer base in the specified geographical area of focus.
  • Complete understanding of all pricing levels for all customers.
  • Complete understanding of shipping procedures.
  • Thorough understanding of order processing from confirmed order to shipment.
  • Independent handling of RMA’s/Chargebacks.
  • Solid customer issue resolution skills.
  • Staying on top of all incoming containers and the prioritization of getting orders on board as efficiently as possible.
  • Supporting Account Managers with maintenance/customer service/sales support and administration of accounts including monitoring open orders
  • Other tasks as defined by Management

Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required (Bachelors Degree Preferred)
  • Must have a solid working knowledge in Microsoft Office with a strong focus in Outlook ( i..e. calendar, scheduling, emails, etc)
  • Excel is a must
  • Meticulous and organized
  • Ability to learn quickly
