Pricing Structure
Four Hands has developed tailored pricing and programs to fit just about anyone's needs. Here's how our pricing levels work:
Container Pricing
This is a full 20', 40' or 40' high cube container of furniture from a specific zone/country. We require a 25% deposit at the time the order is placed. Lead time varies between 90-120 days to your door. Actual freight applies. Terms apply with approved credit.
VOLUME DEALER PRICING
Volume pricing is reserved for customers with annualized shipments of $40,000 or more. To achieve or renew volume pricing status, $40,000 of product must be shipped between Jan. 1 and Dec. 31 of any given year. Actual freight applies. Terms apply with approved credit.
Stocking Dealer Pricing
Stocking dealer pricing is reserved for customers with annualized shipments of $5,000 - $40,000. To achieve or renew stocking dealer pricing status, $5,000 of product must be shipped between Jan.1 and Dec. 31 of any given year. Actual freight applies. Terms apply with approved credit.
Non-Stocking Dealer Pricing
Non-Stocking Dealer pricing is reserved for customers with annualized shipments of less than $5,000, as well as customers with one-time project orders. An opening order of $1,500 is required for NSD pricing with a minimum reorder of $500. The items must be in stock in our Austin warehouse and ship immediately. Actual freight applies. Prepay by credit card, check, or wire only.
Shipping
Your account manager can supply you with an estimate of shipping charges at time of order. If you choose to use your own carrier, a 4% charge for premium, pre-shipment packing and handling will be added and a 24-hour advance notice is required for a dock appointment. There may be an additional charge for a guaranteed call ahead ($25) and for a lift gate ($95).
Payment
Four Hands accepts American Express, Visa and Mastercard. In addition you may choose to pay by check or apply for Net 30 terms. If you wish to apply for Terms please submit a sheet with credit references for the application process.
